+ How long does it take to make my video?
If feedback is provided according to agreed timelines, you'll receive your animated explainer video within four weeks of storyboard sign-off.
+ Do I need to know how animation works?
No - that's our job! You can have as much, or as little, input as you like. That could be providing an idea, a script, or a blow-by-blow brief. Whatever your level of animation knowledge, we'll tailor our service to meet your needs.
+ Do I need a script?
You can provide an entire script, a set of dot points, or just a rough idea of what you'd like to communicate. Our scriptwriters and creatives will take it from there and provide a draft script for review and approval before proceeding.
+ What if I can't find a package I like?
We aim to take the guesswork out of animation by keeping things as simple as possible - this includes our pricing menu. If you can't find what you need, we offer additional 30sec blocks of animation and can provide tailored packages.
